MICHIGAN WILDLIFE PRESENTATIONS  FROM NATURE DISCOVERY

Michigan Mammals - The majority of Michigan's 60 species of mammals are difficult to observe in the wild due to shy or nocturnal habits and seasonal limitation in activity.  Color slides, skulls, and pelts are used to give participants a more intimate look at their lives.  On occasion, some live small mammals are available for observation.  A sample of titles include:

Michigan Mammal Sampler • Comparing Mammal Skulls • Backyard Mammals • Mammals in Winter • Nocturnal Mammals • Bats • Rodents • Weasel Family • Carnivores • Mice, Voles and Shrews.
